The real food is not being advertised

You can't underestimate [the Food Industry's] ability to turn any critique into a marketing strategy. So I've had to update my rules... My new suggestion is that if you want to avoid [unhealthy processed food], simply don't buy any food you've ever seen advertised. 94% of all ads for food go towards processed food, I mean the broccoli growers don't have money for ad budgets. The real food is not being advertised and that's all you need to know... Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants."
